For parents, carers and families with babies up to three years old, our group offers a relaxed, welcoming space to find support, talk openly, and build strong connections at a time when relationships matter most.

Baby Yoga & Sensory PlayIn the first 1001 days, simple, loving interactions help strengthen early bonds. Our baby yoga and sensory play sessions give you and your baby time to slow down, in a calm, nurturing environment to explore gentle movement, soothing touch and playful stimulation together. You’ll learn gentle ways to support your baby’s development while building confidence too.

Wee Bees and Bumps

For pregnant mums and parents of little ones up to six months, our group offers a warm, nurturing and gentle space to pause, connect and feel supported during those early days when every emotion is big and relationships truly matter.

Dad’s Play Group

For dads and male carers with children aged 0–3, our playgroup offers a friendly, down-to-earth space to meet others, share the ups and downs, and feel less alone. It’s a chance to play, connect and find support in a welcoming group where you and your wee one can feel completely at home.

Watch Wait & Wonder

Watch, Wait and Wonder gives parents and babies a gentle space to slow down and connect. By following your baby’s lead in play, you’re supported to pause, observe and really tune in to what your little one might be communicating. It’s a simple, nurturing approach that strengthens early bonding and helps you feel more confident and connected in the first 1001 days, when those early relationships matter most.
