Courses for parents and carers

Understand your child’s world — and support their emotional growth with confidence.

With Kids offers a warm, accessible, and practical programme of courses designed specifically for parents and carers who want to better understand the emotional world of children and strengthen relationships at home.

Whether you’re navigating meltdowns, trying to understand big feelings, supporting neurodivergent children, or simply wanting to feel more confident in responding to everyday challenges, our training helps you see your child differently — and connect with them more deeply.

Why With Kids Training?

Because children communicate through behaviour long before they communicate through words — and you want tools that help you truly understand what they’re telling you.

Our approach is grounded in play therapy, trauma-informed practice, neurodevelopment, and child-centred communication, ensuring everything you learn feels practical, validating, and immediately usable.

What’s in it for you?

  • Practical tools to support your child’s emotional regulation
  • Greater confidence interpreting behaviour and responding calmly
  • A deeper understanding of your child’s needs, sensory world, and stress responses
  • Connection-building strategies rooted in play, empathy, and co-regulation
  • A supportive space to learn without judgement
